This Morning I slept over my schedule by 1hour so i woke up at 8:30. I was so tied I almost passed out in class during Geography . but after my 12:20 - 12:50 power nap and a nice shower starting with hot water and end with cold water i really feel fresh,

Thursday 5 nov.: 1st. Day
Hey, we are to students from EF in Oxford, UK and we heard about this experiment, researched it and decided to give it a try.
I think it's the whole idea of living your life time almost two times e.g. according to our special sleeping schedule, we are awake approximately 20 hours, and a sleep 4 hour a day. I think this is something everyone can learn and get used to if they want, but it might take a lot of energy.
Many quit after a while because they get bored, which is understandable because, what would you do if you was awake 20hours a day, especially in the night where everyone ells but you is sleeping.
I recommend that you do it with a friend with the same sleeping schedule, because then you always have some one to be awake with and keep fighting with.
Our sleeping schedule:
04:30 - 07:30 = 3hours sleep
12:30 - 12:50 = 20 min power nap
17:30 - 17:50 = 20 min power nap
00:30 - 00:50 = 20 min power nap
04:30 - ... and so i goes on again
Messing up with your usual sleep schedule, can be dangerous if you have some kind of medical condition. If you might try but still are a bit worried about your health, ask your doctor if he thinks you can handle it.
The first night, The clock is now 03:33, we are only waiting for the clock to be 4:30 so we can go to bed for 3:00 hour. I bet you have tried to be so tied that it feels like your a ghost, just sitting doing something, and after a while realise that you have no idea what you just did.
